Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of OAG, it's employees or agents.

Breakage through inclusions contained within glass is not regarded as a fault in the glass as they are naturally occurring phenomena beyond the control of the glass processor. Therefore, they are not covered under any warranty and / or guarantee. We therefore always recommend that toughened glass is heat soaked tested to attempt to reduce this risk. Optima Contracting Ltd are not able to warrant and or guarantee glass failures as a result of inclusions whether nickel or otherwise.

All intellectual property of OAG such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of OAG.

By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of OAG and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
