OAG are not a total envelope sub-contractor but have developed a reputation for working with bespoke designed features such as entrances and Façade elements and engineering a solution to suit both the architectural intent and cost plan.
Working with systems in glass, aluminium, steel or timber, OAG's aim is to retain the architects statement whilst controlling cost.
Bolted glass structures have become systemised resulting in this specialist element being undertaken as a sub-contract of the façade contract. Restriction in size and width has resulted in modular designs but with our in house engineering services, your design can be brought to life. OAG have sourced glass processors and accessory manufacturers across world who can provide us with the products to make structural glass assemblies that remain a specialist glass element.
Modular façade systems have been available for many years with aluminium being the preferred choice of many designers. Today larger spans and thermal performance have demanded alternative systems and we have sourced systems allowing us to provide a choice to suit most designs.
In being a solutions provider, OAG have provided 'alternative designs' in which we can provide suitable test evidence minimising additional costs. We can also provide textile systems to provide light weight alternatives for solar control, decorative cloaking and weather protection. Using such systems, OAG can design and install bespoke façade solutions within tight budget constraints.
Using system providers such as Raico, Schuco and Forster, OAG can assist in the development of bespoke façade solutions.
