A two-minute walk from Liverpool street station lies Devonshire Square, the financial district’s newest contemporary private office development. Amongst food courts & al fresco dining lies OAG’s shining example of striking entrance glazing, head & shoulders above the surrounding units.

The eye-catching entrance, consisted of revolving Boonedam & Schuco door sets within a Raico Curtain Wall system, with all supporting glass fins measuring up to 5.5 metres. Surrounding the entrance we installed a bespoke portico, comprising of Christian Pohl panels.

This included a fret cut pattern detail on the outside & Matrix LED light fittings on the inside, creating a vast light expanse through to the lobby. All steel frame support was hidden within the system.

Moving through the foyer to the office space OAG installed a Slimline Fortiglaze double door system, with 60 minutes of integrity fire protection. This was the first of the Fortiglaze systems to be installed earlier this year. To find out more about the Fortiglaze range & download the interactive specification guide visit OAG.UK.COM/FORTIGLAZE

On the East & west side of the building we installed Raico curtain walling along with grey back painted door sets.

We believe this is an outstanding example if OAG’s capabilities in both bespoke entrances & fire rated glazing. To find out more about OAG’s projects visit OAG.UK.COM/PROJECTS
