Cost Planning

Many of the project designs OAG are requested to tender are bespoke or have technically difficult aspects which are difficult to cost in the early stages of the project lifestyle. For several years, OAG have built their tender costs on computer software and we now have a wealth of cost information on which to base early project costs.

OAG work closely with architects in design development and can steer design intent to fall within cost constraints.

This usually ensures the designers, clients and contractors get the glazed solutions that they envisaged within their budget.
