We are proud to announce that we have successfully achieved recertification and been awarded Issue 2 of our certificate approval from BRE Global for our information management process capabilities in accordance with ISO 19650-2:2018.
This recertification formally recognises that our approach to Building Information Modelling (BIM) continues to align with the highest international standards for information management in the construction industry.
Setting the Standard in BIM Information Management
To achieve this recertification, we underwent a detailed independent audit by BRE, assessing our information management systems, digital workflows and project delivery processes in line with international BIM standards. The successful outcome confirms that our approach to Building Information Modelling (BIM) continues to meet the highest levels of competence, consistency and control across all projects.
ISO 19650-2:2018 is the globally recognised benchmark for managing information across the entire lifecycle of a built asset using BIM. As projects continue to grow in complexity and scale, effective information management is critical to ensuring quality, collaboration and efficiency.
By maintaining this certification, OAG reaffirms its commitment to delivering projects with enhanced collaboration, reduced risk and improved efficiency for clients, design teams and contractors.
BIM in Action on Major Projects
This recertification not only validates our capability but also reflects our active implementation of BIM across live projects. We are currently deploying BIM on several major developments, such as 50 Berkeley Street and One Exchange Square, ensuring that each benefits from coordinated digital workflows and integrated design to delivery processes.
Commitment to Digital Excellence
For us, achieving ISO 19650-2:2018 recertification is not just a compliance milestone but a reflection of our long term digital strategy. It reinforces our position as a leader in digitally enabled, technically complex glazing and facade solutions for some of the UK’s most iconic and challenging projects.
As we continue to expand our use of BIM across new developments, this reflection provides our clients with confidence that we remain fully equipped to deliver projects to the highest standards of digital information management and BIM excellence.
