OAG - Architectural Glass Specialists

Environment

The construction industry is responsible for significant environmental impacts, we acknowledge this
and are committed to minimising our impact across the lifecycle of our projects and business operations.

Waste, recycling and energy

We implement the waste hierarchy across our operations to minimise the amount of waste created; re-use products and materials where possible; and improve the sorting, recycling and disposal of remaining unavoidable waste.

Our glass and steel products are made off-site to measured specifications, requiring no further manufacturing modifications on project sites.

At our office locations, we segregate our waste streams and through our waste contractors, recycling as much as possible. The remainder is then diverted from landfill and used to generate energy.

Work is underway investigating our options regarding reduction of product packaging and alternatives to single-use plastics.
