Project Story
Dating back to the mid-19th century, 79–81 Grosvenor Street is a distinguished headquarters based in Mayfair.
Our scope of work was varied with several different window and door systems being used as well as bespoke rainscreen cladding systems developed whilst drawing on all of our design expertise.
To the ground floor we installed Schueco windows, the shop/gallery entrance door, steel doors with perforated cladding panels and 11 frameless 30-minute fire-rated lobby doors.
For levels one through five we installed 10 impressive steel Schueco Jansen Viss projecting windows to the south elevation and 20 flush fire rated and non-fire rated windows to the east elevation.

For the Schueco Jansen windows we installed both the frames and the glass before the brick façade was completed. We later returned to position the perimeter flashings and silicone seal.
