Project Story
We were asked to make alterations to an existing shop front to match the surrounding retail units at St Pancras International.
Our first task was to reposition the rail to line up with the surrounding shop fronts, we then installed large glazing units at a size of 4m x 1.4m, weighing 243kg, with supporting fins of the same height using bespoke spider fittings.
We worked entirely in the evenings so as not to impact the client and cause disruption to surrounding businesses. All units were installed using a Winlet Glazing Robot and designed with a small gap at the head to increase airflow and let smoke out should the situation call for it.
