Background

Andy started his career as a Quantity Surveyor before joining HLSmith in 1992.  He was appointed to the main board of HLSmith in 2000 and became a stakeholder as part of the management team buyout in 2006.

Andy has worked across all parts of the Group and now leads OAG where he has been Managing director since 2002.

During this time, OAG has grown significantly, working on some of the most iconic, yet challenging projects in the country such as London Bridge Station and Battersea Power Station.
