Blast Resistant Glass

Blast resistant glass can be used where there is a requirement for increased security measures, such as railway stations etc. Our portfolio of products includes these security features.
To meet your security requirements, ballistic or blast resistant glazing can be designed into schemes using a range of products.

Typically installed within curtain walling, blast resistant glass can be used where there is a requirement for increased security measures, such as government buildings, banks, airports, railway stations etc.

As with fire and smoke resistant glass, blast resistant glass needs to form part of a complete system and is tested to EN 13541:2000 ‘Glass in building – Security glazing – Testing and classification of resistance against explosion pressure.’

Our portfolio of products includes these heightened security features and we are able to assist and include these within designs.
