From the earliest stages of design, through installation and continual aftercare support. Each phase is developed with health, safety and the wellbeing of everyone involved in the project. Our team of project managers are hands on through-out.  They manage the timings and duration of their planned activities and liaise with the supply chain and other key parties.

We offer maintenance packages, typically for doors, structural and bespoke glazing, and glass fire products.  This helps maximise the performance and safety of the glazing.

We offer on-site surveys and walk throughs to fully appreciate and understand the works. 

We can provide practical guidance on logistics and methodology to suit each condition, which can be very complex.

The product selection options and matching of finishes can be challenging, but with our depth of supply partners we are able to offer the best possible matches when dealing with replacement elements. 

PLANNING, PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY
Our team of project managers are hands on throughout.

Our Project Managers are involved from the start and carefully plan and manage all aspects throughout the procurement process. 

This involves in-depth planning, risk analysis and establishing a clear and achievable programme for the works. All design, procurement and manufacturing elements are managed through each of the initial phases and coordinated with any interfacing trades.

On smaller works, the way in which we carry out the works through our installation teams forms an enormous part of the planning process, as we have to be sensitive to each domain. Therefore careful attention is placed on developing something with fits in with the clients on-site environment, which in many cases involves working within restrictions and occupied premises, as well as forming a methodology which is specific to each activity and element involved. 

AFTER SALES SERVICE / MAINTENANCE
We offer maintenance packages, typically for doors, structural and bespoke glazing, and glass fire products.

We provide support after and beyond the main build process. 

We offer maintenance to dovetail into planned maintenance strategies to ensure that our clients have the means to continue the journey. 

Doors and fire products require servicing, it’s important that these are fully inspected and warranties are maintained. 

We can also offer support with any future changes, such as replacements or adaptations. 

We provide an aftercare service for our clients throughout the life cycle of their glazing elements.
