Project Story
In addition to the work carried out by our Major Projects division, we also completed a number of smaller glazing projects.
Our OAG Select team installed a range of EI60, EI30 and matching non-fire-rated double doors and side screens to the lift and toilet lobbies from floors 1 to 7. All doors were fitted with Dormakaba power-assist operators, to comply with Building Control Document Part M.
To the first floor atrium, overlooking the reception, the team installed an EI60 fire rated curtain walling system.
Within the ground floor reception area, we also installed EI60 fire rated doors, some featuring Dormakaba full-door automation and sentry glass balustrade barriers with base clamping system concealed beneath the finished floor surface in the lift lobby turnstile area.
