Eastcheap Court

Design and installation of various elements, including bronze etched panels with anti-graffiti coating to the entrance

Project Story

Eastcheap Court, in the heart of the City, has been re-designed by Trehearne Architects and Fletcher Priest to provide up to 32,550 sq ft of best-in-class HQ office space.

This full refurbishment will offer office accommodation on 5 floors with terraces on floors 4 and 5 and use smart technology throughout to enhance the occupier’s experience and support energy efficiency.

OAG Select was commissioned to design and install several elements throughout the building. We installed the external feature cladding to the entrance comprising of bronze etched Rimex panels with anti-graffiti coating on the secondary rainscreen system, plus plain Rimex soffits, and the curtain wall façade to the main entrance with internal draught screen, complete with automatic sliding doors.

To the interior we installed a feature wall comprising of bronze Rimex panels etched with a bespoke pattern on the secondary rainscreen system, these panels also included anti-graffiti coating.

For the internal lift reveals and over panels we also used plain Rimex with laser cut floor indicator cutouts for the backlighting.

We also installed feature balustrades made up of straight glass and stainless-steel handrail capping to level 1 and curved glass and stainless-steel handrail capping on subsequent floors.
