Project Story
Designed by Emrys Architects, 63 Coleman Street is a new office building offering approximately 40,000 sq ft of flexible office space, a communal terrace and two floors with private terraces, with a small retail unit at the corner of Moorgate.
Following the demolition of three existing buildings, except the front façade of 63 Coleman Street, we will be on site to install glazing and doors to the main entrance lobby, as well as fixed and EI90 fire-rated screens in Great Swan Alley.
On levels 1 through 5 we will install glass facades to the Coleman Street and Moorgate Street elevations; a sloped façade with projecting dormer on levels 4 and 5; and large double-height windows on levels 6 and 7 over Coleman Street.
