Berkeley Square House

Demolition and reconstruction of the existing main entrance and refurbishment of the entrance hall

Project Story

Situated in Mayfair, Berkeley Square House is undergoing a major refurbishment to ensure it remains the location of choice for high value businesses from across the world.

Having completed demolition of the original glass canopy, roof, external and internal façades, plus associated steelwork, we have recently started on site for phase 2 of our works.

Running until August 2023, our work will include a new primary steel structure for the roof, main façade and internal draught lobby.

After which, we will install the Raico roof light, incorporating a mixture of double-glazed units and insulated panels, with cosmetic caps & silicone joints. We will also install a new gutter with perimeter flashings.

The main façade will be a Schuco FWS60 curtain wall, including bespoke perimeter pressings with automatic bi-parting sliding doors and pocket screens.

The internal draught lobby will also be a Schuco FWS60 curtain wall, with automatic bi-parting sliding doors and pocket screens with single glazed units, perimeter flashings and cosmetic caps.
