Project Story
On the site of Shakespeare’s former Curtain Theatre, The Stage is a mixed-use development consisting of a 37-storey tower, 275,000 sqft of commercial; plus retail and restaurant space.
In the central plaza, the heritage centre will showcase the remains of Shakespeare’s Curtain Theatre, including a sunken amphitheatre where plays can be performed on the site again.
OAG Select installed 12 fire rated double doors with sidelights to the lift lobby’s and a 3-sided fire rated glazed atrium on level 1 overlooking the reception.
Having been delayed due to coronavirus, we worked closely with the other trades on site to meet the client’s deadlines.
