The Tate Modern

Installation of several glazing elements within the new structure including bespoke internal screens and doors, glass atrium areas, fire rated glazing and a stunning viewing gallery façade on the 11th floor

Project Story

Under the design of HDM Architects, we helped modernise the Old Tate Modern by connecting the historic Switch House to the new innovative Boiler House via ‘The Bridge’.

We installed several glazing elements within the new structure including bespoke internal screens and doors, glass atrium areas, fire rated glazing and a stunning viewing gallery façade on the 11th floor.

This gives visitors to this historic museum a breath-taking panoramic view of the London skyline.

The building itself is a testament to contemporary art, with eye catching site lines and a vast cavernous turbine hall running through the middle of the museum.
