Project Story
10 Brock Street is a distinctive commercial development, part of the Regent’s Place estate regeneration close to Euston Road.
We were commissioned to remove the original glass wall linings so that a new door could be created. Once complete, we replaced the glass wall linings, with a close colour-matched to the rest of the glass surrounding the new door and we installed a new glazed EI60 fire door.
We also installed a stainless-steel support and ballistic glazed screen in the lift lobby. Our structural engineer designed the steel support to be fitted around the underfloor heating pipes and with minimal framework.
The client was really happy with the work and commented that the project manager Nick “… was an absolute pleasure to work with, [he] went over and above when required and had great communication with the team.”
