Appold Street

Located in the heart of the city, a stone’s throw from Liverpool street station, the office refurbishment at Appold Street consisted of black painted glass, structural steel, and exterior glazed & timber door sets.

The first challenge on this project was to raise the height of the exterior balcony balustrading using the existing structural support, to meet the safety needs of the client. Moving inside from the balcony we installed two sets of doors for outdoor access.

On both the 8th and 9th floor we situated stylish white painted glass encasing the lift lobbies, as well as timber door sets, for which we separately sourced the door and manifestation signage.

This job was turned around in under 5 weeks, a swift outcome considering the number of elements.
