Lacon House

Spectacular double height reception and internal glazing ‘pod extensions’ to atrium walls

Project Story

Situated on the corner of Lamb’s Conduit Street and Theobalds Road, Lacon House is an imposing 215,000 sq.ft Grade A office space, located on an island site in the vibrant heart locality of London’s Midtown.

We were brought on to support with general refurbishment works, including the addition of a roof terrace garden, the complete renovation of the main reception and atrium, alongside upgrades to the office space.

The spectacular new double height reception is 5,000 sq ft and like the rest of the building, is flooded with natural light. From the main atrium, 6 x 21 person passenger lifts service the property’s eight floors.
