Situated in Paternoster Square, Warwick Court once complete will have over 180,000 sq ft of accommodation suitable for a range of uses.
Following intrusive investigation and survey works to the existing cladding we were able to determine the scale of the restoration works.
As part of the reconfiguration of the ground floor, we are installing glazing to the main entrance and shopfronts, including fire screens to the lift lobbies.
We are also installing glass balustrades, doors and a staircase to the new individual terraces and a communal roof terrace, providing unrivalled views of St Paul’s Cathedral.
Sustainability is at the heart of the project. Architects, Fletcher Priest Associates ‘BREEAM Excellent’ scheme includes retaining and reusing existing finishes, reducing waste, and carbon savings. For the areas not being changed, we are providing internal and external remedials by way of site spraying & repairs.
