We installed an external ground floor façade and double-glazed curtain walling system with blast resilient screens to the unheated/naturally ventilated station, East Concourse Building. Using capped mullion/transom system, meeting blast loading and other performance requirements.
The internal work to the ground floor area consists of an 1800mm high stainless steel and glass balustrade, comprising of bespoke galvanised support system covered in stainless steel flashing with stainless steel architectural top channel.
In addition to this a 1100mm high stainless steel and glass balustrade was installed to Level 1 Lift Landing within the station, comprising again of bespoke galvanised support system covered in stainless steel flashing with architectural stainless steel handrail.
