Battersea Power Station

Battersea Power Station is an iconic Grade II* listed building on the banks of the River Thames. Derelict since 1983 it has undergone a complete transformation along with its surrounding area, into a new creative urban quarter for London.

We were brought on to support Mace with Phase 2 of the redevelopment, restoring the power station itself.

This mixed-use development is now home to hundreds of shops, restaurants and cafes, an events venue, new homes, office spaces and a unique chimney lift experience offering 360 degree views over London’s skyline. There is 10,000 square metres of glass shop fronts within the Battersea Power Station split over 4 levels.

We designed and installed bespoke architectural glass and metalwork to the shop fronts and chimney lift enclosures, whilst working within the constraints of the heritage aspects of the building.
