Project Story
Following our work at 135 Bishopsgate, we were asked to take on the work at 155 Bishopsgate as well.
155 Bishopsgate is part of the transformation of Broadgate by British Land. This 160,000 sq ft office building, overlooking Exchange Square, has been redesigned by Fletcher Priest, offering prime workspace over 5 floors.
Our work included the design, supply and installation of a number of structural glazing and cladding elements. Plus powered retail doors, manual escape & bifold doors, an internal draught lobby with powered sliding doors. As well as Internal smoke screens to various floors, a fire rated door screen and a bespoke heritage entrance.
Phase one, comprised of the Bishopsgate elevation and the three portal entrances. On levels 1, 4 through to 7, we installed internal smoke sealed doors with side screens and an E60 fire-rated door to the ground floor, along with an internal portal and draught lobby cladding panels.

Phase one commenced at the very first onset of the pandemic and was a huge challenge to organise with the restrictions in place. It was a credit to the team for their dedication in working through such times and went a long way with building a good relationship with the client team.
