Project Story
Working closely with ISG and Gensler, we helped refurbish the glazing to the existing ground and lower ground floors, and on floors 15 to 17. Initially what started as a small scale package, just grew in size and value, becoming the largest scheme to date for OAG Select.
To the ground floor reception, we designed, supplied and installed the atrium glazing using Raico SG curtain wall to create a seamless internal finish. Wrapping the ground floor, we also supplied Raico SG curtain wall to create a new façade, which also included large curved glazing to the new commercial unit, with a new automatic double door and cladded wind lobby.
To floors 15 – 17 we provided plant room infill cladding works including secondary steel work, SFS, black anodized rainscreen cladding, expanded metal mesh cladding, louvres and Schuco curtain wall and doors.
We also repaired and replaced the spider glazing to the lower ground floors.
