Morello II

The Morello project is a regeneration scheme in East Croydon, consisting of new homes; retail, commercial and community space; and a link bridge to the local train station.

Phase II includes the residential units across three separate buildings and 18,000 sq ft of retail and commercial floor space. 

To the retail space, we’ve been contracted to supply and install Schueco curtain wall around the perimeter of the first and ground floor, plus entrance doors and steel doors with ventilation louvres to the plant rooms. 

We will also install the two storey residential entrances to each of the tower blocks, as well as a decorative steel cantilevered canopy around the perimeter of the façade.

Lastly to the external plaza and lifts, we will install bespoke rainscreen cladding. 

Our works commenced in Spring and completion is due in late 2023.
